WHEN ARE RESULTS AVAILABLE?
Results are available as soon as the data has been entered and reviewed.
HOW DO I ACCESS MY RESULTS
Click on the red box named FAMILY LOG IN, which is on the right hand side of the website and login with your registered email and password.
WHAT IS MY USERNAME AND PASSWORD?
Your ResultsHQ username is the email address you gave Little Athletics NSW for registration when you first registered.
In order to get your ResultsHQ password you will need to click on the red FAMILY LOGIN box on the Home page, which will take you to ResultsHQ, then click on ‘TROUBLE LOGGING IN?’. your password will then be emailed to you.
Once you have logged in to ResultsHQ, you are able to change your ResultsHQ password, by selecting your family name (in the top right hand corner), select “Profile” and then change your password and click on “Save”. Please note that this does not change your Little Athletics NSW username.
WHAT IS A PB?
PBs are an athlete’s personal best result for that particular event.
“New or Equal PBs” are calculated when an athlete equals or betters their first PB of the season. “New or Equal PBs” are used in the calculation of PB Achievement Awards (10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 PBs).
ARE MY PRIOR SEASONS CARRIED FORWARD TO THIS YEAR?
No, PBs are not carried over between seasons.
IF AT ONE DAY’S FIELD EVENT I BREAK MY PB MULTIPLE TIMES DO I GET MULTIPLE PBS?
No. Only the best result from that day’s competition gets entered into the system, hence only 1 New or Equal PB is recorded.
ARE NEW OF EQUAL PBS CALCUALTED ON ALL EVENTS?
Yes. All events, including walks, 3km, and javelin contribute towards PBs.
HOW CAN I SEE ALL THE FULL RESULTS FOR EACH EVENT?
Once you have logged into ResultsHQ, at the top of the screen is a Results menu item. Select that and then choose the relevant date, age, gender, and event and the full results will be displayed for that event.
I HAVE LOGGED IN AND I CAN ONLY SEE SOME OF MY CHILDREN VIA THAT LOG IN, HOW DO I SEE ALL MY CHILDREN’S RESULTS?
Please email email@example.com and let us know what user name you are using and which children you can see. The “missing” child, children is due to you having provided a different email address for that child when you registered. We can move all child or children to the one username.
WHAT DOES THE “POSITION” MEAN? IS IT POSITION IN THE HEAT OR POSITION IN THE AGE / GENDER GROUP?
“Position” refers to the result the athlete achieved across the entire age / gender group.
WHERE DO I FIND MY SEASON BESTS?
Login to ResultsHQ > Click any event result (grey square) > Every event’s season best is in a column on the right of the page.
HOW MANY PBs HAVE I GOT FOR THE SEASON SO FAR?
Login to ResultsHQ > Click any event result (grey square) > The PBs for the season are represented by yellow stars in a column on the right of the page.
